The interior space is clearly divided into two units that emphasize their partial individuality by unevenness. The living room, with an open dining room and kitchen occupies the lower floor, and the two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the level of the higher level. The living space is enriched by a covered terrace. The difference in height also appears in the roof, and the covering of the entrance and terrace enriches the architecture of the roof planes.
