GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  1. Upon receipt of the advance payment (in accordance with the agreed terms of payment), the agreed deadline for delivery, shipment and installation of the object begins to run.
  2. By signing the contract, the buyer confirms that he is familiar with all specifications and values ​​from the offer or contract.
  3. With the advance payment, the buyer confirms the confirmation of the order, agrees with the elements of the offer and accepts the terms of payment.
  4. Ignorance of the offer and its content, as well as possible uncertainties, are not a reason for a later complaint.
  5. Any change in the project and deadlines can be made up to five (5) days after the advance payment or order confirmation. All subsequent changes and incurred costs are the responsibility of the customer to bear the costs themselves.
  6. The condition for the assembly is the base plate according to the approved project documentation and the dimensions required by the facility.
  7. The customer must ensure access to the construction site and must remove all obstacles that may interfere with the installation process before installation.
  8. During the execution of the works, the customer ensures the supply of electricity.
  9. Within five working days after the completion of the works, the buyer or his authorized representative is obliged to take over the building and sign the record of handover, otherwise it is considered that the prefabricated house was taken over by the client without errors and complaints.
  10. Due to the current unstable situation on the market, which determines the daily increase in the price of materials, in cases where the execution of works is prolonged, the costs that may arise due to the increase in the price of materials are borne by the customer.
