We start the design process with a review of your architectural project, taking care to optimize costs and execution. In this sense, we suggest possible changes that will help you get the perfect plan.
Design consists of the following steps:
- Preparation of documents required for project approval (between our company and you as a customer)
- Preparation of structural calculations and specifications/drawings (used to prepare the foundation, while your house is being built)
Acceptance of the detailed solution, final approval of the layout and execution of the project.
Now that we have all the essential information, we are ready to provide you with a clear and transparent offer with a fixed price. Our goal is to familiarize you with every detail, so that you can be sure of the final price.
The next step is the creation of a detailed construction offer, which will be based on your construction project. In this way, we will be able to provide you with a precise offer with accurate prices for all phases of construction.
Our company wants to ensure transparency and clarity in every step of the construction process. That is why the contract is concluded only when all relevant information about the object of our attention has been carefully considered and agreed with the client. Only when we are completely sure of the mutual agreement on every detail, we conclude the contract.
Based on the prepared technical documentation, the prefabrication of the house begins. The production time depends on the size of the object and lasts 1-3 weeks. When all structural elements of a prefabricated wooden house are produced, they are loaded onto trucks according to a pre-planned transport-loading plan. The loading plan is made according to the order of assembly of the object.
Externally monitored production according to DIN 1052 for wall, ceiling and roof elements closed on both sides.

We offer fast and efficient assembly of houses directly from the truck using our specialized crane. Our experienced and well-trained team performs installation starting from the ground floor walls, ceiling panels, upper floor walls and roof. We can also perform desired finishing works and services at your request.
- With our prefabricated houses, your construction plan is realized quickly and efficiently. Installation usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the size of the object.
- The construction of our prefabricated houses lasts from 1 to 2 months, depending on the scope of work and the construction phase (turnkey, gray phase, gray phase plus).
- For final works, it takes between 15-30 working days, depending on the scope of the activity. We are ready to help you every step of the way, so that you can have the house of your dreams in the shortest possible time.
The handover of the house between the buyer and our company as a contractor is done after the completion of the works, which are agreed in the contract.
After acceptance, a record (protocol) of the handover signed by both parties will be prepared (both sides signed).
After download, the warranty period begins.
