The prefabricated house AX-117 with a gross construction area of 134.97 m2 (net area 123.2 m2) is designed as a half-story, cascade, variant. The ground floor is made of solid material, the garage-basement part, and the residential part contains four bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. The unevenness of the two spatial units of 120 cm enables the internal connection of the garage and basement part with the residential part. The comfortable and spacious living room is well lit even though the covered terrace extends on both sides. A separate kitchen with a legacy part does not increase the impression of reduced space for daily activities.
