Prefab house AX-110 with a gross construction area of 127.02 m2 (net area of 115.81 m2) has a distinctive exterior designed as a half-story (cascade) variant. The ground floor is made of solid material (garage-basement), and the living area contains three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. Opposite the ground floor, the residential part is clearly divided into two zones, which are also separated by unevenness. Of course, the sleeping area has access to the bathroom, and the toilet is located on the lower floor. The unevenness of the spatial units inside the building also give the roof a flattened appearance. The covered terrace on both sides of the living room and the balcony terrace give a special look to this house model.
