Prefab house AX-105 with a gross construction area of 122.38 m2 (net area of 111.57 m2) is a half-story, cascade variant. The ground floor is made of solid material (garage-basement), and the living area contains three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. The upper floor contains the sleeping area, on which level is also the bathroom. Underneath the higher part is a garage with basement spaces that can be adapted for different purposes. The living room with the dining room has a simple rectangular orientation, while the kitchen area with the pantry is separated from this comfortable and social room. A dynamic roof separated into two units gives a distinctive look to these types of houses.
